EOL Support

An advance notice of EOL (End Of Life) and PCN (Product Change Notification) are issued to our customers. We will inform our customers of any information related to the EOL device or 4M Change (Man, Machine, Material, Method) that may cause an impact on a stable and continuous product supply. We will offer our proposal for an alternative device with the technical data and any necessary design modification along with the schedule counted backward from the last EOL device ordering deadline.

Production of Various Types in Small Quantities

We respond to each customer with our optimal production system by considering each product properties and making use of our know-how which we have cultivated in our production of many kinds of products in small volume for a long time.

Review of Total Cost

We provide the plan that meets the customer’s and the product’s needs, such as reviewing the total cost by a renewal design, controlling the parts procurement method, quoting the manufacturing cost by the optimal production method, etc.

Flexible Delivery Response

We support our customers to launch their products in the market in a timely manner. We flexibly manage to meet our customers’desired delivery dates and any delivery schedule change requests due to fluctuations of market demand.
